Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Injection Molding Process Technician to join a high-performing manufacturing team. In this critical role, you won't just be operating machinery—you will be the guardian of "first-time quality," ensuring that every part meets rigorous standards while driving facility productivity to new heights.



salary: $49,400 - $49,920 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

 Conduct Changeover responsibilities as indicated on INJFM-19
 Conduct Traverse and Gate Cutter robot set up and programming
 Perform start up and shut down of injection molding machines as necessary
 Repair and Troubleshoot equipment as needed. Answer machinery alarms
 Support quality technician as a team member to ensure quality products are
produced as scheduled.
 Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product,
process and quality system.
 Perform department 6S requirements
 Other duties as assigned by management.
 Will assist in making sample parts
 Create work orders for die repair
 Enter Production, Scrap, Run Time and Downtime at end of shift into Production
