- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems
- Organize and store items in designated warehouse areas
- Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups or deliveries
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
