- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection (experience in a technical or electronic manufacturing setting is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Tools: Proficiency with standard measurement equipment (calipers, height gauges, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for defects and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Communication: Written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team coordination.

Responsibilities
- Inspection: Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished assemblies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including logs, reports, and non-conformance documents.
- Measurement: Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions against blueprints or schematics.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to internal quality manuals and industry-specific certifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify the root causes of defects and suggest process improvements.
