Project Superintendent (Construction) Location: Southeastern United States (Mandatory Travel)
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year
The Opportunity Integrated Construction, LLC is seeking a high-performing Project Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for the overall on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. We are looking for a field leader who balances technical wood framing mastery with elite organizational skills.
Core Responsibilities * Field Leadership: Manage day-to-day on-site operations and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and company policies.
- Wood Framing Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in wood framing, including accurate material take-offs and installation techniques.
- MEP Coordination: Direct structural and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations while coordinating subcontractors.
- Digital Reporting: Use Procore daily to meticulously track manpower, materials, equipment, progress, and safety incidents.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain daily and weekly "Look Ahead" schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead weekly subcontractor meetings focusing on scheduling, safety training, and coordination.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a safe work environment by enforcing all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Quality & Cost Control: Implement quality control procedures and monitor project costs to identify potential overruns.
Requirements & Qualifications * Experience: Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Extensive wood framing experience and VAST knowledge of MEP systems are required.
- Software: Proficiency with Procore is required for daily reporting and updates.
- Certs: Must hold current OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.
- Travel: Mandatory ability to travel and work on projects located throughout the Southeastern United States.
Performance Evaluation Success will be measured by job site safety, schedule adherence, quality control, subcontractor management, and adherence to budget.

- Establish and maintain relationships with all shareholders, coordinating activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring quality of work and adherence to schedules and contracts.
