Responsibilities

The Profile

You’re the tech who keeps the floor running. You’re equally comfortable with a multimeter in your hand as you are with a pipe wrench. You don't just "fix" machines—you improve them.

Technical Hit List

• Electrical: Master of 480V 3-phase, control circuits, and motor starters.
• Mechanical: Precision repair of conveyors, high-speed gearboxes, and drive systems.
• Fluid Power: Expert troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Digital: Proficiency in CMMS work-order tracking and mobile tech.

The "Edge" (What Sets You Apart)

• VFDs: Can you "swap and drop" Variable Frequency Drives?
• PLCs: Can you navigate Ladder Logic to find an I/O fault?
• Speed: Experience in high-volume Automotive or Packaging environments.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5–7 years in the industrial trenches.
• Versatility: A true Multi-Craft mindset (Mechanical + Electrical).
• Skills: Expertise with blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
