Known for quality workmanship, fast turnaround times, and long-term customer relationships, we are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Milling Machinist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in CNC milling machine setup and precision machining.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Install and align tooling, fixtures, vises, and workholding equipment
- Load CNC programs and enter machine offsets
- Set tool lengths, feeds, speeds, and zero points
- Run test parts and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
- Verify part quality before production
- Maintain ISO and company quality standards
- Minimum 3 years of CNC setup experience in manufacturing
- CNC milling setup experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances
- Experience with precision measuring equipment
- CNC programming knowledge preferred
- Experience with Mastercam and/or BobCAD is a plus

- ISO manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
