- As a Mobile HVAC/Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting multiple commercial properties
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication, which will align successfully in the organization
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and boilers
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems
- Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting client operations
- Travel within assigned territory to support multiple client locations and ensure optimal system performance
- Work in a dynamic environment supporting diverse commercial properties
salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Perform residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement installations
• Guide and support apprentices in daily field operations
• Conduct equipment startup procedures and verify proper system performance
• Educate homeowners on system features, installation details, and maintenance recommendations
• Report to the shop each morning to review assignments, clock in through ServiceTitan, and organize installation materials
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service throughout each project
