- Performance-Based Pay (PFP): Earn based on your hustle! Pay is structured per stop and per mile, giving you control over your income.

- Work-Life Balance: guaranteed hours (minimum 40 hours per week) on a predictable Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, home daily.
- Streamlined Hiring Process: We respect your time. Expect a maximum of 2 interview rounds before a hiring decision is made.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience. Direct route delivery experience with manual offloading is highly preferred.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid, current Class A CDL.
- Medical: Must possess a valid, full Medical Card (Intrastate-only restrictions cannot be accepted).
- Endorsements: Must currently hold a Hazmat endorsement OR be willing and eligible to obtain one quickly upon hire.
- Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Physical Capabilities: Physical stamina to handle high-volume touch freight and a bulk-load unload structure daily.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Route Delivery: Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to execute multi-stop delivery routes across NC, SC, GA, and TN, ensuring you are home every single day.
- Touch Freight & Bulk Offloading: Manually unload the entire trailer at delivery sites. (No forklift experience required; you are the muscle and the execution behind the delivery).
- Efficient Turnarounds: Work with a high level of efficiency, aiming for a maximum of 10 minutes per stop to maximize your daily earning potential.
- Equipment Operation: Safely utilize delivery tools; full training on Electric Pallet Jacks will be provided on-site.
