Responsibilities

Picking Accuracy & Velocity

• Locate and Retrieve: Navigate warehouse aisles safely to locate specific inventory bins using RF (Radio Frequency) scanners or paper pick lists.
  
  
• Batch & Wave Picking: Execute various picking methodologies—such as picking multiple orders simultaneously (batch) or prioritizing orders by shipping deadlines (waves)—to maximize efficiency.
  
  
• Inventory Verification: Confirm item descriptions, SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), color, size, and quantities against the pick ticket before removing items from shelves.
