Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
- Perform visual, physical, and sensory evaluations of chocolate products.
- Verify product weights, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and appearance.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify quality issues and promptly communicate findings to production supervisors.
- Assist in investigating non-conforming products and implementing corrective actions.
- Support food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
