What You’ll Do:
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on electromechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Calibrate and fine-tune systems to ensure accurate performance
- Document maintenance work and communicate technical findings
- Support production staff with training and day-to-day technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams on upgrades and system improvements
- Respond to equipment failures, including on-call support when needed
- 5+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance within an industrial environment
- Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace
salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year

- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system calibrations in detail.
- Support production teams by providing technical guidance and training on equipment usage.
- Follow strict safety protocols during all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Source and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts and technical support.
- Respond to equipment failures quickly, including participation in emergency or on-call support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and longevity.
