Responsibilities
- Manage both domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping carriers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents for both domestic and international orders.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Accurately enter inventory data into company systems, tracking stock levels and order details.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained, and update systems as necessary.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring consistency with physical counts.
- Handle cables, connectors, and other technical components appropriately, ensuring correct products are shipped or received.
- Verify shipping labels, inventory entries, and perform quality checks to ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled.
- Report and address any discrepancies in shipments or inventory promptly.
