We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Lead to oversee all aspects of quality in our clothing production process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing and an understanding of garment construction, production standards, and quality assurance best practices.





salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QC processes across all stages of clothing production – cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
  
  
• Conduct in-line and final inspections to ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications.
  
  
• Identify defects and root causes; work with production and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
  
  
• Train and mentor QC team members and production staff on quality standards and procedures.
  
  
• Maintain accurate inspection records and generate quality reports.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and internal SOPs.
  
  
• Participate in pre-production meetings and ensure readiness for bulk production.
