Your Impact:
- Develop CNC programs for advanced machinery (e.g., FANUC controlled multi-axis mills/lathes) from blueprints & CAD.
- Optimize machining for quality & efficiency using CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
- Simulate programs, troubleshoot, and collaborate with production teams.
- Document programs and setups.
- Proven CNC Programming experience ([mention target years]).
- Blueprint (GD&T) & CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) proficiency.
- Familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Haas, Siemens).
- Solid understanding of machining principles & tooling.

Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs from designs for multi-axis machines.
- Optimize machining: select tools/settings for quality & efficiency.
- Use CAD/CAM software to generate & verify error-free programs.
- Simulate programs to prevent issues before machining.
- Collaborate with team on troubleshooting & process improvement.
- Document programs, tooling & procedures clearly.
- Adapt/improve programs for new materials/designs.
- Contribute to better CNC programming practices.
- Support operators with program info & troubleshooting.
- Stay current with CNC tech for continuous improvement.
