salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of CNC milling machines, lathes, and manual machines to produce precision components for blow mold systems (e.g., mold cavities, bases, clamps).
  
  
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, CAD models, and machining instructions.
  
  
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure tolerances and surface finishes meet specifications.
  
  
• Learn and apply correct machining practices for various materials including aluminum, tool steel, and stainless steel used in mold-making.
  
  
• Support senior machinists and engineers in improving production processes and tooling strategies.
  
  
• Log production details and quality notes into the system.

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
