- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment
- soldering skills with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with MIL-SPEC standards and ESD protocols
- U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR and defense contract regulations
- Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electronic components, circuit boards, and power supply units per military standards and schematics
- Perform precision soldering (through-hole and surface mount), including under a microscope
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet MIL-SPEC and IPC standards
- Follow production documentation, blueprints, and work instructions
- Operate within an ESD-safe environment and comply with cleanroom procedures when necessary
- Document assembly and testing processes as required for quality and traceability
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams on product improvements and issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
