In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting experiments in organization, tracking, and data analysis, ensuring that all materials are accounted for and ready for action. Your goal? Keep the warehouse running like a finely-tuned scientific experiment—efficient, error-free, and well-documented. What You Bring to the Table:
- Organizational Skills: Just like a chemist carefully arranging lab equipment, you’ve got an eye for detail and the ability to maintain order in even the most chaotic environments.
- Problem Solving Prowess: Think of yourself as a detective in the world of inventory. You solve mysteries, find the missing elements, and fix the issues before they become explosions.
- Tech-Savviness: You know how to use inventory software, barcode scanners, and maybe even some Excel formulas. If it involves numbers, you’ve got it covered.
- Experience in Inventory Control: Whether you’ve worked with molecules or materials, if you’ve had experience in inventory management, that’s a bonus. If not, we’ll teach you the science!
salary: $17 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Like a true scientist, you'll monitor inventory levels and track movements through our highly sophisticated “lab equipment” (also known as our tracking software). You’ll analyze trends, spot inconsistencies, and present findings to help improve operations.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular audits and physical inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies in stock levels. Think of it like conducting experiments where the result is flawless inventory.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed records of all findings, adjustments, and changes in inventory. Your lab notes (aka reports) will be key to optimizing warehouse operations.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and solve inventory-related issues with the precision of a chemist balancing a volatile reaction. Whether it's misplaced products or a database error, you're on it.
