Randstad is hiring a CNC Supervisor for a direct hire role with a leading client in a heavy industrial, non-climate-controlled environment. This is a 2nd shift position (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday and some Saturdays) overseeing CNC machinists and operators in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CNC machining experience, knowledge of Fanuc or similar controls, and prior leadership experience. Responsibilities include supervising production, troubleshooting machines, training staff, improving workflow, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

-Promote, support, and enforce ISO 9001 compliance in the CNC department.
-Responsible for employee safety, product quality, adherence to schedule, productivity, department equipment,
and housekeeping of assigned CNC team.
-Streamline CNC production processes to achieve maximum throughput.
-Assist with CNC machine adjustments and material requirements to determine accuracy of CNC machine
operation.
-Coordinate and participate in employee training, with emphasis on employees with less experience.
-Create and adjust work schedules for assigned CNC team, monitor time and coordinate with payroll to resolve
any time issues.
-Work with CNC employees to maintain a safe work environment, by following defined safety procedures,
encouraging involvement, following up on safety concerns, and modeling proper safe behaviors.
-Attend required meetings.
-Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
-Communicate, motivate, supervise, counsel and discipline all direct reports when necessary.
-Address employee relations issues, including required discipline.
-Participate in hiring decisions for assigned area.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
