Seeking someone who is committed to producing high-quality, safe, and delicious food products that our customers trust and love. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing team and help ensure our operations meet the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and quality control. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring all products and processes comply with company quality standards, SOPs, cGMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.

salary: $52,000 - $72,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections, final product checks, and raw material verifications.
  
  
• Monitor production for adherence to quality and food safety standards.
  
  
• Document and report any deviations, non-conformities, or potential hazards.
  
  
• Assist in the maintenance and execution of HACCP, GMP, and sanitation programs.
  
  
• Collect and analyze samples for microbiological and physical testing.
  
  
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to identify and correct quality issues.
  
  
• Perform routine audits of production lines, equipment, and storage areas.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and complete QA records and logs.
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training efforts.
