What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating mills and lathes
- Blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Familiarity with tight tolerances and quality standards
- A proactive, safety-focused mindset
- Competitive pay starting at $25/hr, DOE

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machining equipment, including lathes, 3-axis mills, and grinders
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements
- Produce sheet metal components to precise specifications
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet strict tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and complete machining tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machining equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Maintain accurate documentation related to machining tasks and part inspections
- Assist in improving machining processes for efficiency and quality
