We’re seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a growing team on second shift in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment. If you’re detail-oriented, experienced with CAM software, and ready to play a key role in production quality and efficiency — this opportunity is for you.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming using Mastercam or similar software
- Understanding of toolpaths, setup processes, and blueprint interpretation
- Familiarity with 3-axis and 4-axis milling and lathe operations
- A proactive mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes
- Comfort working independently and collaborating with machinists and engineers

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) to produce precision components efficiently and accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, engineering blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining processes, tooling, and sequencing
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies based on part specifications and material types
- Perform CNC machine setups, including tooling installation, work offset configuration, and dry runs to validate programs
- Conduct first-article test runs and quality checks to ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements
- Troubleshoot machining or programming issues and adjust G-code or CAM toolpaths as needed to resolve problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of CNC programs, setup sheets, and tooling instructions for repeatability and process control
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between design intent and machining execution
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Continuously research and apply new programming techniques and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times
