In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring quality control, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and ensure items are free of damage.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
