You’ll begin your training on 1st shift, learning from experienced team members and getting up to speed in a supportive environment.

As a Machine Operator at Accurus, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring parts meet precise aerospace specifications. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Day or night shift positions are available, and training is provided on 1st shift. The pay rate is $16–$17 per hour, depending on experience. A resume is required to apply.
