As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of their production processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, and driving continuous improvement as they continue to grow

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce HACCP and other food safety protocols, ensuring full complianc wieth all regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, yield, and waste.
