Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Quality Assurance department and implement robust processes using lean principles
- Lead, develop, and manage Quality team members with performance accountability
- Own and maintain all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage metrology processes and ensure calibration standards
- Maintain quality certifications and ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
- Represent the company in audits and with key aerospace customers
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non-conformance resolution
- Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering/Technical preferred); advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of GD&T, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- analytical thinking, attention to detail, and leadership capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working both on the floor and in the office
