Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment including die cutters, compactors, and bailers.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on PLC-controlled systems (troubleshooting and minor programming a plus).
- Safely work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain high production efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Document all maintenance activity using CMMS or other logging systems.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, including input/output diagnostics.
- Comfortable with high-voltage systems, especially 480V 3-phase.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, including repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining industrial machinery such as die cutters, bailers, and compactors.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
