We’re hiring a Paint Sprayer to join a high-volume production team at a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum window systems. This is a hands-on role working inside a spray booth, where you'll apply manual touch-ups to aluminum window frames—especially on corners and surfaces the automated machines miss.
Responsibilities:
- Use spray guns to apply paint on aluminum frames where machines fall short (corners, detailed surfaces, etc.)
- Work efficiently along a fast-paced, moving production line
- Ensure even coverage and finish quality, meeting production and safety standards
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow all facility safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily output goals
- 1–3+ years of experience in spray painting, powder coating, or automotive finishing
- Familiarity with HVLP spray guns or automated paint systems a plus
- Experience working in production or manufacturing environments
- Good attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-moving setting
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active role
salary: $47,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities
