Responsibilities

• Monitor packaging lines and gather completed product batches in designated amounts.
  
  
• Conduct ongoing visual inspections to check for proper materials, accurate sealing, and product quality.
  
  
• Package inspected items into containers or boxes as specified by job orders or shift supervisors.
  
  
• Operate shrink-wrapping equipment and ensure packed goods meet established standards.
  
  
• Identify and correct minor packaging issues or initiate rework when needed.
  
  
• Use scales to weigh and confirm product quantities before final packing.
  
  
• Apply labels and arrange finished goods on pallets in line with distribution instructions.
  
  
• Maintain and adjust basic scale settings to ensure accurate measurement.
  
  
• Keep your workspace clean and follow all housekeeping protocols throughout the shift.
