We are seeking an entry level Quality Assurance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable medical technology company in Wilsonville, OR. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining product quality by performing in-process testing and inspections during the manufacturing process. You will monitor product specifications such as hardness, weight, pH, and moisture content to ensure all items meet strict quality standards. The position involves following detailed blueprints and schematics, documenting findings, and identifying any issues or inconsistencies that arise during production.

This role also includes tracking inventory and material usage, maintaining accurate production records, and working closely with the production, planning, and maintenance teams to support workflow and scheduling. Candidates should have attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to learn on the job, as this entry-level position is ideal for individuals starting their career in quality assurance or manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods while ensuring product quality.

• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or production issues to maintain efficiency.
  
  
• Collaborate with planning, production, and maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and requisition materials.
