A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for an Field Service Engineer looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. Field Service Engineer or Industrial Maintenance experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Provide top level, professional phone service support to all Bucci Industries
• Identify and analyze electrical and mechanical issues by performing tests and recording their results to successfully troubleshoot our customer’s automatic bar loading equipment.
• Report and conduct all your technical service operations under the supervision of the After Sales Manager.
• Identify and define the technical requirements and the application of future projects and overhaul projects for existing rotary transfer and automatic bar loading equipment under the supervision of the After Sales manager.
•  5 years experience as a CNC machine operator or maintenance technician is required.
•  High Level Competency in PC Based Computer Programs
• High Level Competency in Mechatronics and CNC Industrial Machine Tools
• A 2 Year degree in Electromechanics or Automation, or equivalent work experience is
  required.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

CNC Machine Operating (5 years of experience is preferred)

Maintenance Technician (5 years of experience is preferred)

PC Computer Based Programs (4 years of experience is preferred)

Mechatronics (5 years of experience is preferred)

CNC Industrial Machine Tools (5 years of experience is preferred)
