What You'll Do:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment (press brakes, lasers, saws, etc.)
- Weld and fabricate as needed
- Read schematics and blueprints
- Work closely with a collaborative, safety-first team
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Welding experience a plus
- Ability to read technical diagrams

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including press brakes, plate rolls, saws, plasma cutters, and laser machines
- Weld and fabricate components and machine parts as needed
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete repairs and special projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during maintenance tasks
