We are seeking a skilled Blister Packaging Mechanic to join our 2nd shift team. This role is responsible for the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of blister packaging machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations. Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and maintain blister packaging machines (e.g., Thermoformers, Blister sealers, Cartoners).
  
  
• Perform machine changeovers in accordance with production schedules and SOPs.
  
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Ensure machines are operating at optimal efficiency and in compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
  
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance and complete maintenance logs/documentation accurately.
  
  
• Collaborate with line leads, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
