What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire our dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and a smooth shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to attract and engage customers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Help our customers with their marine supply needs, from boating accessories to fishing gear.
- Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
- Interest in marine products, boating, fishing, or outdoor recreation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a retail environment, including weekends as needed.
