Randstad is seeking skilled Coating Operators for a leading client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a company focused on quality, safety, and innovation.   Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Coating Operator in a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical environment
  
  
• Knowledge of coating equipment such as Accela-Cota or similar systems
  
  
• Understanding of cGMP guidelines and cleanroom protocols
  
  
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tablet coating machines in compliance with cGMP standards
  
  
• Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers
  
  
• Monitor coating parameters and ensure product quality throughout the process
  
  
• Accurately complete batch records and documentation
  
  
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals
  
  
• Conduct in-process inspections and assist with troubleshooting when needed
