- Minimum 3 years of experience in granulation within a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing environment
- Prior leadership or line lead experience required
- knowledge of cGMP regulations and batch documentation procedures
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate production team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the granulation department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Set up, operate, and oversee granulation equipment (high shear mixers, fluid bed dryers, mills, etc.)
- Guide and train production staff to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs
- Perform and document line clearances, equipment checks, and batch record entries
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and planning teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production
- Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues as needed
