- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in metal stamping engineering or tooling design.
- Knowledge of stamping processes, press operation, die design, and metal forming principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for tooling and part design.
- Experience withstamping simulation tools (e.g., AutoForm) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
As a Stamping Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at enhancing our stamping operations:
- Designing, developing, and validating stamping dies and tooling for manufacturing metal components.
- Developing and optimizing stamping processes to improve productivity, quality, and reduce scrap.
- Performing feasibility studies and process simulations for new stamping projects.
- Collaborating with product design engineers to ensure the manufacturability of parts.
- Troubleshooting production issues related to stamping, including tool wear, part defects, and process variations.
- Monitoring and analyzing stamping process parameters to maintain consistent quality.Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for stamping-related issues.
- Working with suppliers and vendors on tooling specifications, procurement, and maintenance.
- Preparing technical documentation, process flow charts, and work instructions.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) within stamping operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in stamping processes.
