- Manage all aspects of international shipping and receiving operations, including coordination of transportation by air, sea, and land.
- Work closely with customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant customs clearance processes.
- Prepare and issue comprehensive shipping documentation, demonstrating both theoretical and practical expertise.
- Ensure strict adherence to all customs and transportation regulations, including those pertaining to both HazMat and standard cargo.
- Oversee the preparation of full container loads for export, including proper labeling and palletization.
- Operate a forklift to physically prepare and load transportation units.
- Manage domestic logistics operations, including obtaining transportation quotes and tracking shipments from start to finish.
- Proven hands-on experience in international shipping and receiving.
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of preparing and issuing shipping documentation.
- Well-versed in customs and transportation regulations for both HazMat and standard cargo.
- Experience with preparing full container loads for export, including labeling and palletization.
- Must have forklift experience.
- Ability to physically prep and load transportation units.
- thourough understanding of domestic logistics operations.
- Experience managing transportation quotes and tracking shipments.
- Knowledge of Mexico's international shipping operations is a plus. Must be able to effectively communicate to customers and vendors in Latin America and the USA.
