Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor, coach, and develop a dedicated team of client service specialists. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, providing ongoing training, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the senior point of escalation for all client matters, from complex orders to critical inquiries. You will build and maintain strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner and advocate for our clients.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Don't just solve problems—prevent them. You will identify and analyze recurring issues, diagnose root causes, and drive the process improvements necessary to enhance service, efficiency, and client retention.
- Command the Resolution Process: Take decisive ownership of client challenges. You will navigate complex situations that require deviation from standard procedures, architecting the best possible solutions and ensuring swift, effective follow-through to guarantee client satisfaction.

- Expertise & Experience: You possess 3-5 years of high-level client service experience, ideally with a strong understanding of freight forwarding principles.
