Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Respond to customer orders and general inquiries.
• Address and resolve invoice questions and client complaints.
• Identify the root cause of issues related to orders, delivery dates, or service.
• Propose and implement the best solutions to problems.
• Conduct diligent follow-up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience as an assembly line lead is a potential plus.
• Client service experience is highly valued.
• Exceptional client service and problem-solving abilities.
• A focus on quality and working knowledge of freight forwarding.
• Proficient documentation and active listening skills.
• Capacity to resolve conflict and effectively multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

• May involve extended periods of sitting or standing.
• Use of standard office equipment.
