Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Execute timely and effective repairs, including replacing defective parts, adjusting components, and calibrating systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
