- 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of materials.
- Skilled in the use of standard assembly tools and technique.

Responsibilities
- Assemble complex high-level mechanical and electromechanical systems using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.
- Interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate builds.
- Perform in-process inspections to maintain product quality and identify non-conformances.
- Conduct functional and continuity tests on subassemblies and completed units.
- Accurately document work completed, materials used, and report any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety protocols, including cleanroom procedures where applicable.
- Provide mentorship and training to Assembler I team members as needed.
