Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Supervise production teams (10–40 employees), ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality targets
  
  
• Monitor KPIs and adjust schedules to hit production goals
  
  
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to solve operational issues
  
  
• Enforce and promote OSHA and safety best practices
  
  
• Mentor, train, and develop operators and leads
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in a production or shift supervisor role (manufacturing required)
  
  
• Active leadership and communication skills — you lead from the floor, not the office
  
  
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
  
  
• Proficiency in ERP or scheduling systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
