We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. As a Pastry Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dessert offerings while maintaining a consistent and high standard of excellence. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a bakery, restaurant, or hotel
• Advanced knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decoration, and plating
• Creativity and a passion for making high-quality, beautiful pastries
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and production of cookies
  
  
• Develop and create new pastry items and seasonal dessert menus
  
  
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all pastries and desserts meet the established standards
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
  
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pastry ingredients and supplies
  
  
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate the flow of dessert orders
  
  
• Monitor and manage food costs and portion control for all pastry items
