Responsibilities
- Respond to Mechanical Breakdowns: Promptly diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production and facility machinery, prioritizing critical breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operation
- Adhere to Food Safety & GMPs
- Optimize Machine Performance & Reliability: Enhance the efficiency and reliability of processing, packaging, and material handling machinery (e.g., mixers, slicers, fillers, conveyors, chillers)
- Support Facility Sanitary & Structural Integrity: Perform essential building maintenance and repairs
- Accurate Work Order Management & Documentation
- Execute Quality Electrical & Welding Tasks: Perform precise and compliant electrical work (e.g., sensor calibration, motor wiring, control panel repairs
