We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Micro Soldering Technician to join our precision electronics team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing fine-pitch soldering under a microscope on delicate electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies used in the aerospace industry. Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in micro soldering or fine-pitch electronics assembly
• Proven ability to solder under a microscope with high precision
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) strongly preferred
• Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and rework on microelectronic components and PCBs using soldering irons and hot air tools
  
  
• Assemble, repair, and inspect surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components under a microscope
  
  
• Follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
  
  
• Ensure solder joints meet IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 workmanship standards
  
  
• Handle and install fine-pitch ICs, BGAs, QFNs, and 0201/0402 size components
  
  
• Use ESD-safe practices and maintain a clean work environment
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  
  
• Perform quality inspections and document non-conformances as needed
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues
