- $30-$31/hour starting pay
- Schedule is 12 hour 2.2.3 - every other weekend off
- Overtime OPTIONAL
- Both Days and Nights 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am

Responsibilities
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment used in assembly production.
- Perform routine checks to help prevent equipment issues and ensure machinery is running smoothly.
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders under the supervision of senior technicians or supervisors.
- Help with equipment setups, moves, or small relocation projects on the production floor.
- Support the monitoring of third-party contractors when they are working on-site.
- Assist in tracking spare parts inventory and keeping tools and materials organized.
- Follow internal housekeeping and safety practices (e.g., 5S, safety rules, standard operating procedures).
- Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments with guidance from leadership.
- Contribute ideas to help improve how maintenance tasks are performed.
- Completion of a technical training program (such as high school vocational training or a certificate in industrial maintenance or mechanics).
- Exposure to manufacturing or assembly environments through internships, training, or 1+ year of work experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, especially in assembly and production settings.
- Willingness to learn about operating and maintaining machinery such as Engel injection molding equipment and other production peripherals.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
