We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and making necessary repairs to restore functionality.
- Operator Training: Training operators on proper machine operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Parts Replacement: Identifying and replacing worn or damaged parts, potentially using digital tools for evaluation and comparison.
- Machine Optimization: Working with operators to optimize machine settings and processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
