Our client is recognized for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and premium service to residential customers across the region. We're seeking a hands-on, driven Manufacturing Facility Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a skilled production team within a dynamic and quality-focused environment.



salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production staff to meet daily and weekly output goals.
  
  
• Ensure all manufacturing processes operate smoothly and efficiently.
  
  
• Conduct routine floor checks to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Monitor equipment for maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs or service.
  
  
• Manage and report on monthly inventory of materials and supplies.
  
  
• Train new and existing team members on equipment usage, safety practices, and production standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement process upgrades.
  
  
• Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
  
  
• Enforce a culture of safety, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.
