We are looking for multiple experienced forklift operators to join our busy season lumberyard team.  You will be tasked with operating a sit down forklfit 75% of the time, and banding, taping, and palletizing lumber the remainder of the time. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience operating a Forklift- any experience working with lumber or large material is a huge plus!

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts in order to complete assigned tasks including loading and unloading, moving, staging, pulling orders and transporting material
• Band, wrap, and tape product as needed
• Maintains condition of Warehouse work area, e.g. free of trash, product in correct location and organized, swept floors
• Work cooperatively and productively with Supervisors and other employees in order to complete required workload
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, quality and completing assigned work in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory variances, order accuracy and track and trace issues
• Reading and understanding tickets and the various codes for products
• Accurately pull daily orders
