Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial equipment and integrated systems.
- Conduct thorough preventative and predictive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues, optimize machinery performance, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Promptly and efficiently respond to, diagnose, and prioritize maintenance requests from various production departments to minimize downtime.
- Fabricate, modify, and install new equipment components or system upgrades as required, demonstrating excellent mechanical and electrical fabrication skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to successfully complete projects, implement improvements, and achieve departmental and plant-wide operational goals.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on sustainable solutions.
- 3 to 5 years of extensive and hands-on experience in a multi-craft industrial maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing or heavy industrial environment, or equivalent advanced technical education and certification.
